Our client, a leading organization in civil infrastructure and land development, is seeking a dedicated CAD Designer to join their dynamic team. • $75,000 What's the Job?

Perform CAD Drafting utilizing survey field data to create precise civil and site drawings. Prepare detailed site and civil plans including grading, utility layouts, and Stormwater Management (SWM) / Erosion & Sediment Control (E&S) plans. Create various civil details and exhibits to support project documentation and presentations. Assist in office support activities such as area, slope, and volume computations to ensure project accuracy. Conduct field work as needed, including observing construction activities and supporting surveyors to ensure project compliance and quality. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting. Proficiency with engineering/CADD tools, especially AutoCAD Civil 3D, is strongly preferred. Experience working on a variety of land development projects, including greenfield and brownfield sites. Valid Driver's License, as field work may be required on occasion. What's in it for me?
