Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing presentation Drawings in AutoCAD Working with a design team and individually on CAD projects. Preparation of combined services shop drawings including preparation of Plumbing DWV systems Design works. Establish procedures for controlling contract drawings Responsible for proactive administration of reviewing as well as processing all submittal data. Assisting in drawing problem by recommending solutions Assist in the development of the site utilization plan Respond to customer queries regarding drawings Other related duties as assigned or needed Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or GED Proficiency with computers and knowledge of AutoCAD software Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations - Preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills A keen eye for detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read and interpret architectural and plumbing plans Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment
