AutoCad Design and Estimating

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level AutoCAD Design and Estimating professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone out of technical or design school and wanting to put their education toward real world experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational skills in design, drafting, and project estimation while working alongside experienced estimators and designers. Xactimate experience a plus. All roles are paid, emphasizing our commitment to supporting your professional growth from day one. Duties Assist in creating precise AutoCAD drawings for floor plans, layout designs, and schematics under supervision Assist in creating precise 3D renderings for floor plans, layout designs, and schematics under supervision using programs such as Sketchup Support the development of construction documents and detailed drafting using software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Layout, and OnScreen Takeoff Contribute to estimating project costs by analyzing drawings, specifications, and material requirements Assist in preparing bid proposals by gathering data on design components, bid specifications, and construction materials Maintain organized records of drawings, estimates, revisions, and project documentation Qualifications Basic understanding of CAD software such as AutoCAD; familiarity with Sketchup and Layout is a plus. Exposure to construction processes and familiarity with industry standards Drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret construction drawings. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding project requirements Eagerness to learn new tools such as OnScreen Takeoff, CRM, Sketchup , or other CAD-related software Join us to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets opportunity!
