Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CAD Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in drafting and design, with demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Auto
CAD 2026
is highly preferred). Our firm specializes in the design and documentation of commercial modular buildings, residential modular units, and ADA-compliant accessibility components. Candidates with prior experience in these sectors—and particularly those familiar with the State of Florida Modular Building Program—will be strongly favored. ICC Certifications for inspections or plan review are also major additions to an applicants background. This role requires the ability to interpret and execute drawing sets based on provided specifications and design criteria. The selected candidate must be capable of producing accurate and coordinated cross sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings that meet applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Architectural, Structural, or Modular building drafting experience is strongly recommended.
