Minimum 40 hours per week with flexibility to meet project deadlines About the Opportunity Our direct-hire client is seeking a BIM / Revit Operator to join their growing structural engineering team that delivers innovative solutions across a wide variety of project types — from healthcare facilities and commercial buildings to large-scale, complex structures. This role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to high-quality structural design projects in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Rapidly develop structural Building Information Models (BIMs) using Revit Annotate plans and details for construction documentation Create three-dimensional renderings and visualizations Rationalize geometry for appropriate structural schemes Assist in developing structural narratives and documentation Collaborate closely with Project Managers and work under the direction of the BIM / Revit leadership team Support engineers in developing structural models and drawings Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with Revit Structure Experience creating structural drawings preferred Ability to work under direction of engineers and BIM/Revit Manager Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment What's Offered Competitive hourly pay with annual bonus potential Excellent benefits including medical, dental, life, and short-term disability (employer-paid portion) Profit sharing plan including 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Advancement and professional development opportunities Collaborative, open-door team culture Flexible work environment with strong support from leadership
