Civil CAD Technician

Job description Absolute Engineering, Inc. is looking for Civil CADD Technician. Salary commensurate with experience along with a full benefits package and bonus program.

Full Job Description:

As a CADD Tech, you will work with a site/civil engineering team designing Land Development projects including mixed-use developments, townhomes, single-family, multi-family residential subdivisions, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities :

Prepares zoning plans for submittal to government agencies and municipalities. Works with the designer in developing construction plans. Prepares drainage, grading, and roadway plans. Prepares conceptual layouts. Updates plans with notes and legal descriptions. Identify, troubleshoot, and suggest solutions to problems to complete the project.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years professional work experience. Desire to design Land Development projects. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, required, Civil 3D and ArcGIS a plus. Work experience in a civil firm desired. Be flexible and willing to work within a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to work and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and team members. Self-starter, able to perform duties independently as well as in a team environment
