- Technical Support Coordinator Purpose The Technical Support Coordinator supports the daily operations of the Engineering Technical Support (ETS) Team and serves as an integral partner to the ETS Team Leader.
This role provides technical support to EFCO's worldwide users, maintains and improves the ETS Request System, and assists in the development and enhancement of ETS processes. The position is also responsible for the digitization and delivery of digital content-including Warehouse Manuals-and ensures the delivery of high-quality service to internal and external customers. The role must exemplify EFCO's core ideology, values, and purpose. Key Responsibilities
- ETS System Coordination & Frontline Support (30%) Coordinate and provide frontline support to EFCO users worldwide through the ETS Request System and related tools. Maintain these systems and identify opportunities for expanded utilization. Recommend and implement process improvements.
- CAD Database & Standard Work Updates (30%) Coordinate CAD Database changes related to Standard Work Order (SWOD) updates, New Product Development, and ETS Requests. Collaborate with ETS team members, Product Engineers, and others to execute required changes.
- Warehouse Drawings & Digital Content Delivery (25%) Create, maintain, and deliver EFCO's worldwide Standard Product Warehouse Drawings. Assist in developing, organizing, and delivering digital content in alignment with corporate guidelines. Explore and implement alternative digital delivery methods.
- Communications & Special Projects (15%) Assist with ETS Updates, proofreading documents and training materials, presenting content, and supporting additional projects as assigned.

Education:
Associate's degree required. Drafting coursework preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of EFCO experience or drafting experience.
Computer Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Autodesk or related CAD software; strong PC skills required.
