DESIGN SERVICES DRAFTER II

We are looking for a Design Engineer to create and develop structural and agricultural products based on customer needs. This role heavily utilizes SolidWorks and CAD software to produce accurate drawings and 3D models. You'll work cross-functionally with customers and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs. Responsibilities Create 3D models, layouts, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks or CAD software Design new components and improve existing products Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project requirements Develop practical, cost-effective design solutions Support manufacturing by refining designs for efficiency and accuracy Review and update existing drawings and templates Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience in design, drafting, or engineering Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar 3D modeling software CAD and product development experience preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
