Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented CAD Technician to support our engineering and production teams by creating precise, production-ready drawings that bring designs to life. In this role, you'll play a key part in turning concepts into reality, ensuring our products are accurate, efficient, and ready for manufacturing.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop, modify, and maintain 2D drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Interpret engineering concepts, sketches, and specifications into detailed and accurate designs Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, industry regulations, and quality requirements Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support product development and process improvements Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and potential design issues Manage revisions, version control, and documentation of drawings within established systems Support prototyping, testing, and implementation of new or revised designs Identify opportunities for design improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency gains Skills and/or
Competencies:
Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and design standards Experience with revision control and document management systems Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Education/Experience:
Associate's degree or certification in CAD, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of CAD experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Pay:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
