Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter, based in Roselle, IL. The Drafter will generate detailed technical drawings, schematics, and layouts, ensuring they align with project specifications and company standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, updating and maintaining technical documentation, and assisting with new product development. The role demands attention to detail and adherence to deadlines as part of a dynamic engineering environment. Qualifications Proficiency in drafting software and tools, such as AutoCAD and related design programs Knowledge of technical drawing standards and interpreting architectural or engineering blueprints Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detailed specifications Excellent communication skills for collaborating within cross-functional teams Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing accurate technical drawings Experience in the lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field preferredSimilar remote jobs
