Burlington, KY, 41005 Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CAD System Operator to join our team in Burlington, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring all designs meet required specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities Effectively communicate with the production team to ensure the accuracy of designs needed. Coordinate and plan when drawings are needed to support timely production schedules. Use CAD software to produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings. Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic files of all drawings and related documents. Perform quality checks on completed designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. Communicate with the plant manager to identify job layout patterns and panel locations. Stay current with industry standards and best practices related to CAD design and production. Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person to exchange accurate information with team members and other departments. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with team members across all functions. Strong organizational skills to maintain electronic files and manage multiple drawing requests. Preferred Attributes Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet production deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
