Job Description

Job Title:
CAD Designer - Site Development We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer with at least 5 years of experience in site development and site layout to support civil engineering and land development projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed site development drawings including grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway plans Develop site layout, lot layouts, and alignment plans based on engineering concepts Produce construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers Incorporate redlines, design revisions, and as-built information into drawings Ensure drawings comply with company standards and local regulations Assist with quantity takeoffs and plan set organization
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of CAD design experience in civil/site development Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D Solid understanding of site grading, utilities, and land development practices Ability to interpret engineering sketches, markups, and specifications Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
