Job Summary We are a growing, full-service dental laboratory seeking a skilled Dental CAD/CAM Technician. This role focuses on digital design and manufacturing of high-quality dental restorations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple digital workflows simultaneously, and collaborates effectively with our laboratory team. Compensation varies based on experience,. Key Responsibilities Nest designs and operate CAM milling machines perform routine maintenance on milling units work with ceramists and technicians to ensure accurate case execution. Requirements proven experience with dental software like 3Shape, exocad or Dental Wings. strong technical skills to troubleshoot software glitches and calibrate hardware Extensive knowledge of CAM programming for CNC milling machines and lathes. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste. track record of managing multiple active cases and deadline simultaneously strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-first attitude. sharp eye for dental anatomy, margins, occlusion and path of insertion.
