Job Description:
Drafter Our well-established Southern Maine client is seeking a Drafter to design high-quality solutions that meet their client's needs. This full-time, direct-hire role offers solid, reasonable benefits and the opportunity to grow! Responsibilities of the Drafter Interpret architectural documents and sales order information to create quality submittal packages for client approval Coordinate review meetings to go over drawing updates prior to client submittal Create BOMs for manufacturing parts Construct installation drawing packages Work with engineering to provide ETO solutions and assist with part drawings and item creation Perform site visits to collect field information Work on multiple projects concurrently Maintain up-to-date documentation Qualifications of the Drafter 2 or 4 year technical degree and/or 5+ years of experience Drafting experience in a manufacturing environment or other technical field is desirable Strong analytical skills and computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Inventor Construction industry and building code familiarity Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural prints Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet quality standards in a busy, fast-moving, and target-driven environment Please share your resume in confidence for this Drafter opportunity offering $28-$30/hour.
