To support our continued growth, we are seeking a CAD Design Technician to join our engineering and manufacturing team. Job Overview As a CAD Design Technician at Temprel Inc., you will support production operations by creating, updating, and maintaining detailed CAD drawings, product designs, and manufacturing documentation. This role works closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure accurate designs and efficient manufacturing processes. This position is first shift, Monday-Friday. New Cad designers welcome! Responsibilities Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD drawings, models, and layouts for products, tooling, and manufacturing fixtures. Maintain and organize engineering drawings, specifications, and revision records. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new product development and continuous improvement projects. Interpret customer specifications, blueprints, and technical requirements. Prepare manufacturing documentation and support production with drawing clarification as needed. Assist with prototype development, testing, and design modifications. Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with company and
ISO 9001
2015 standards. Support quality and process improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in CAD, drafting, engineering technology, or related field preferred. Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Familiarity with ISO-controlled environments is preferred. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials is beneficial. Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
