This role is responsible for analyzing manufacturing processes, implementing improvements, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, product quality, and overall equipment effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work effectively with engineering, production, and quality teams. Key Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance product quality Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance to create and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve process-related issues and improve equipment effectiveness Lead process validation initiatives including protocol development, execution, and documentation to ensure regulatory and quality compliance Participate in cross-functional root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions Support the successful implementation of new processes, procedures, and equipment through training and guidance of production teams Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Drafting & Design, or related technical field preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred Experience with AutoCAD Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus profit-sharing bonus program Comprehensive health and dental benefits Retirement savings program with company match Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
