The right individual will be a motivated and a resourceful team member who can multi-task while remaining organized. The ability to excel in an atmosphere with multiple active and high-priority projects is required. While completing assigned duties, the CAD Drafter must collaborate and integrate into a team of professionals while providing value toward the efficient completion of our projects and tasks is critical.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce drawings for permitting exhibits Perform high-level review of preliminary data and final products to ensure usability and accuracy of the product Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed Perform other related technical and administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment on projects with project engineers, consultants, and other employees High self-motivation for completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner with minimal supervision and guidance Strong attention to detail while completing tasks to meet aggressive project schedules Additional Desired Qualifications and Skills (not required): Associates degree in drafting or equivalent technical experience Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures
