What You'll Do Create and maintain 2D production drawings using AutoCAD and CAD/CAM software Convert customer specifications, patterns, and templates into manufacturing-ready files Develop optimized CNC nesting layouts that maximize material yield and minimize scrap Prepare machine-ready cut files for CNC equipment Verify dimensions, scaling, and layout accuracy before production release Collaborate with Production, Scheduling, Materials, and CNC Operators to support manufacturing goals Troubleshoot production file and nesting issues to improve efficiency and quality Support prototype development, production changes, and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring We're seeking someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn: High school diploma or GED required; CAD-related education or technical training preferred 2-5 years of experience in CAD drafting, CNC nesting, or manufacturing support Proficiency with AutoCAD and CAD/CAM software Experience creating machine-ready files for CNC cutting operations Strong understanding of drawings, measurements, layouts, and manufacturing documentation Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities Why Join Us?
