Job Overview:
Seeking Advanced CAD Specialists to join a cutting-edge technology team developing solutions in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics. As a key contributor, you'll apply advanced design engineering techniques to support technical programs, focusing primarily on complex CAD design work. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a mission-driven environment working with leading technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, revise, or create designs, drawings, and bills of material for complex technical products using CAD software (Pro-E/Creo or SolidWorks preferred) Apply engineering and research methods to solve technical and design challenges Lead or participate as a contributor within a design and test team Provide technical solutions for a range of challenging problems Support mechanical design, part fabrication, and assembly of electronic components
What You'll Experience:
Hands-on work with cutting-edge and occasionally classified technologies Collaboration with innovative teams of technical experts Opportunities to learn new skills and technologies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience Expertise in CAD and file management tools, especially Pro-E/Creo or SolidWorks Strong capability in mechanical design and assembly of electronics Proven skills in developing/integrating new ideas, optimizing alternatives, and building contingency plans U.S. citizenship As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
