In this role, you will be instrumental in translating conceptual ideas provided by homeowners and builders into precise construction drawings. Your expertise in AutoCAD and your creative problem-solving skills will be a huge plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful home designs while honing your technical skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Develop accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD LT. Create custom floor plans based on plans provided by homeowners and builders. Collaborate with builders and homeowners to provide their ultimate dream home or spec build. Assist in the review and revision of drawings to ensure compliance with provided specifications and industry standards. Prepare detailed documentation for construction purposes. Qualifications Proven experience with AutoCAD. Preferably with an associates degree. Strong knowledge of drafting standards and AutoCAD terminology. Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to interpret complex design concepts clearly. Ability to handle multiple projects throughout the work week. Ability to work collaboratively. Have your own transportation and be on time daily.
