BFPE.com Job Posting 26-020 Fire Sprinkler Designer - Experienced - Wilmington, NC BFPE International is seeking a full time experienced Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our BFPE Family.

Basic Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and codes. Prepare shop drawings/plans using HydraCAD or SprinkCAD, and that meet applicable codes and manufacturer requirements. Prepare submittals using Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Communicate with local officials, engineers, architects, and customers.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

NICET Certification in Water-Based Systems Layout, Level II minimum (Level III preferred) HydraCAD or SprinkCAD experience preferred. Other drafting programs may be considered. Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, manufacturers manuals, and codes to produce designs and submittals to be reviewed local officials. Possess professional business communications skills, both written and oral. Self-learner, self-motivated, dedicated, organized, and a team player. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have good communication and organization skills, be able to develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and accomplish tasks in a timely and safe manner.
