Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer/CAD-Junior Athleisure at Sweet Apparel Inc., located in New York, NY. The candidate will work on creating technical and construction drawings, handling computer-aided design (CAD) tasks, and supporting design engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the design team to develop athleisure collections, ensuring accurate execution of technical specifications, and assisting in the creation of innovative design solutions for apparel manufacturing. Qualifications Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software Knowledge of Design Engineering principles and applications in apparel development Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Educational background or certifications in fashion design, textile design, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in athletic or athleisure apparel design is beneficial
