Irvington, NJ Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $70,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Project team coordination Bluebeam Filing Construction plans Attention to detail Full Job Description Job Description Our fabrication company, All Facades, is seeking a drafter to support our fabrication shop in creating panel layouts and part drawings for all of our façade systems. ACM panels, plate panels, fiber cement panels and phenolic panels. The role will involve translating field dimensions into fabrication-ready parts for production, while coordinating with project managers, installers, and fabrication staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Experience understanding shop drawings for façade systems, ACM panels, or architectural cladding is strongly preferred. Work closely with experienced façade installers and project managers on projects throughout tri-state area. Responsibilities- Prepare panel layouts based on field dimensions following shop drawing intent.
- Create fabrication part drawings for ACM and façade systems
- Coordinate drawings with project managers and field teams
- Revise drawings based on architect and GC feedback
- Maintain organized drawing files, and track materials Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience in architectural drafting, façade systems, or panel design preferred
- Ability to read architectural and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions
- Experience with ACM panels or façade systems is a strong plus Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with Bluebeam
- Experience preparing façade shop drawings
- Understanding of construction coordination
