In this role, you will lead the development of precise survey drawings and technical schematics, ensuring accuracy and clarity for complex construction and system design projects. Your expertise will drive the creation of detailed CAD models, supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence project outcomes through your advanced drafting skills and technical knowledge, contributing to the success of large-scale infrastructure and design initiatives. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive survey drawings, schematics, and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, and ArchiCAD Collaborate closely with surveyors, engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret survey data and translate it into detailed CAD designs Create accurate 2D plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents that meet project specifications and industry standards Utilize visualization tools like SketchUp and 3ds Max to produce realistic renderings for client presentations and internal reviews Prepare detailed system designs for mechanical, interior, or graphic applications, ensuring integration with overall project workflows Review and refine drawings for compliance with quality standards and project requirements while maintaining efficiency in delivery timelines Support the integration of CAD models into larger BIM (Building Information Modeling) environments such as Revit or ArchiCAD for coordinated project execution Requirements Proven experience in CAD drafting within surveying, construction, or architectural environments with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in multiple CAD platforms including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and SolidWorks Solid understanding of survey data interpretation and conversion into precise technical drawings Knowledge of schematics creation, system design principles, and construction documentation processes Familiarity with graphic design principles and 2D animation techniques for project presentations Strong skills in interior design concepts and mechanical design to support multidisciplinary project needs Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Join us as a Senior Survey CAD Designer to shape innovative projects through expert drafting and technical excellence.
