This full-time, on-site role supports CAD/CAM design workflows within an active production environment. The ideal candidate has strong SolidWorks experience, enjoys working closely with production teams, and is comfortable adapting to changing project requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

PM Position Type:
Full-Time Key Responsibilities Create and modify SolidWorks models, assemblies, weldments, sheet metal designs, and production drawings Support structural, piping, sheet metal, and fabrication projects through drafting and design efforts Gather field measurements, design information, and project requirements Generate material takeoffs, purchasing lists, and project documentation Organize project files, drawings, and engineering records Create work orders, reports, and production support documentation Coordinate with production leads, supervisors, survey personnel, and multiple crafts to support project execution Incorporate field measurements, survey data, and scan data into drawings and models Support project planning and miscellaneous technical tasks as needed Adapt to changing priorities and production-driven schedules while maintaining accuracy and quality Required Qualifications Proficiency with SolidWorks, including weldments, sheet metal, assemblies, multi-body parts, and drawings Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Understanding of drafting principles and fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical documents Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with Rhino and AutoCAD Experience with structural steel, fabrication, or industrial construction environments Familiarity with SolidWorks PDM, ProNest, point cloud data, or 3D scanning technology Experience incorporating survey or field measurement data into CAD models Experience generating material takeoffs and production documentation Additional Requirements Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen US Citizenship due to government contracts Benefits Medical Paid Sick Leave Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Work Environment This role is split between office and production environments. Employees will regularly interact with active manufacturing and fabrication operations and may enter areas that are noisy, hot, dirty, and visually obstructed. PPE is provided as required. The position involves a combination of walking, standing, and sitting throughout the day and requires strong situational awareness while working around active production operations.
