Entry-Level SolidWorks Technician

Job Overview We are a growing manufacturing company in Moon Township, PA, looking for an Entry-Level SolidWorks Technician to join our production team. What You'll Do Convert SolidWorks models into 2D drawings and production layouts Create flat patterns and cut files for cut & sew operations Ensure accuracy and quality in technical documentation Support design revisions and collaborate with production staff What We're Looking For Basic familiarity with SolidWorks (coursework, internship, or self-taught) Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with textiles, pattern drafting, or manufacturing processes Exposure to GD&T, ERP, or PDM systems Compensation & Benefits $18-23 per hour , depending on skills and experience 100% company-paid employee health insurance premium 401(k) with company match On-the-job training and mentorship Clear growth path: CAD Designer → Production Engineer → Project Engineer/Supervisor Apply Today Submit your resume and a brief cover letter
