Civil CAD Drafter/Designer Cosmos Technologies Inc. - 3.3 Pittsburgh, PA Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications AutoCAD MicroStation Written communication Civil engineering Architectural design Infrastructure engineering Civil 3D Design engineering Productivity software Associate's degree Drafting Plumbing system design Full Job Description Cosmos Technologies Inc.- Pittsburgh, PA (Allegheny and Butler County) Cosmos Technologies Inc. is seeking a Civil CAD Designer with civil engineering design experience in preparing utility design, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment pollution control, roadway and miscellaneous detail plans and profile sets.
Duties and Responsiblilities:
The qualified candidate will serve as part of a team of professionals that conduts Civil Engineering designs on large and small projects. The candidate will be capable of the following: Using Engineering software (such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, etc.) to create detailed and precise construction plans. Attend meeings with clients to understand project specifications Assist lead engineers and collaborate with team to create timelines, and draft 2D and 3D construction plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate technical degree that demonstrates CADD proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 0-3 years of experience in civil site design, architectural and plumbing design Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus. Experience with MicroStation v8i is a plus. Experience with Geographic Information Systems applications is a plus. Ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) On-site position (no hybrid/remote option) Only candidates meeting all the minimum qualifications will be considered. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
