AutoCAD Drafter

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and schematics that support architectural, mechanical, and construction projects. Your expertise will help translate conceptual ideas into clear, accurate visual representations, ensuring seamless communication across project teams. Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software to meet project specifications and standards Create schematic diagrams, system designs, and construction documents for various engineering disciplines Utilize SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and Rhino 3D to produce comprehensive models and visualizations Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to refine drawings and incorporate feedback effectively Prepare technical documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction or manufacturing Assist in the development of interior design layouts, mechanical systems, and graphic presentations Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards, project requirements, and quality control procedures Qualifications Proven experience with AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, Grasshopper 3D, and Rhinoceros 3D is highly desirable Strong skills in drafting, schematics creation, system design, and construction documentation Knowledge of graphic design principles and 2D animation techniques is a plus Proficiency in SketchUp, Bluebeam, System Design software, and CAD-based tools for interior or mechanical design Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate drawings Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills Prior experience working on projects related to construction, interior design, mechanical systems or graphic presentations is preferred Join us as an AutoCAD Drafter to bring innovative ideas to life through precise technical drawings!
