We are looking for a talented and motivated junior architect for immediate employment. We are looking for someone with min working experience of 4-5 Years Architectural degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) Good communication skills Very Strong Autocad and Revit skills with min of 5-7 years of software experience Very strong design and detailing skills Able to work with CD's Previous experience with new building and alteration filings in NYC (both residential and/or commercial) Familiarity with NYC zoning Familiarity with DOB filing procedures and construction administration Able to work independently Deadline and detail oriented Strong work ethic
