Revit Drafter Signage & Wayfinding Design

About Us Apple Designs is a wayfinding and environmental graphic design firm specializing in signage systems that help people navigate the built environment. Our work spans static and dynamic signage, experiential graphic design, and visual communications for public spaces like airports, hospitals, and corporate campuses. Position Overview We are growing our BIM team and looking for a skilled Revit Drafter to join our Raleigh, NC team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed Revit models, construction documents, and design intent documentation for architectural signage projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Revit models for signage projects, ensuring accuracy and detail
• Produce signage location plans, message schedules, and design intent documentation
• Generate construction documents including shop drawings
• Ensure all signage systems meet relevant code requirements
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants
• Design and manage branded environments including environmental graphics
• Participate in design presentations and site visits
• Limited travel required Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Architectural Technology, Graphic Design, or related field
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with Bluebeam and at least one 3D modeling platform (e.g. Enscape)
• Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with architectural signage, wayfinding, environmental graphic design, or exhibit systems
• Familiarity with Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools
• Knowledge of signage fabrication methods

• Experience working on airport, transit, civic, or other large public facility projects.
