Coordinate with IT to manage CAD and PDM software installations, licensing, and updates. Troubleshoot CAD- and PDM-related issues and provide timely technical support to users. Train new and existing staff on CAD standards, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistent, efficient use of SolidWorks and PDM. Serve as the main person responsible for handling the administrative side of the SolidWorks Vault/PDM for the DirectAir division.
