About the
Role:
We are a custom home builder seeking a skilled Design & Estimating Coordinator to create home designs using CAD software and prepare accurate project estimates. This is a full-time, in office position working directly with the owner/builder.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and develop custom home designs using CAD software. Revise drawings based on client and builder feedback. Prepare detailed project estimates and material takeoffs. If you are familiar with PO that's a plus. Obtain subcontractor and vender pricing to support estimates. Maintain accurate and organized project and drawings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in CAD software, excel, the computer needs to be a friend not your arch enemy. Being able to be a team member and quick learner is a great skill to have on our team. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. Residential construction knowledge required.

BENEFITS
