The Position:

We're looking for a CAD Design Drafter . The pay range we're offering is based on education level and experience.

Requirements:

Mechanical Drafting Experience with 3D Modeling Manufacturing background, drafting projects, and building them Experience with AutoDesk Inventor or Solidworks Basic Computers Skills including Word and Excel Ability to learn software quickly Professionalism Communication Skills Manage Multiple Projects and Goals and Changing Priorities Teamwork - work with different groups to achieve the end goal Strong Math Skills Organization Time-Management Attention to Detail We are willing to train the right candidate A degree or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or applicable work experience.

Responsibilities :

Project Management— Candidate would be assigned projects as they come in and are responsible for seeing them through to production. Ensuring that BOMs are created, the appropriate drawings are made to follow the project through the floor and appropriate documentation and corrections are made through the process to ensure reorder success. Estimating— Building job quotes and estimates for job shop projects or major rollouts. This includes getting material quotes, communicating lead times and building time estimates for the production floor, and maintaining records. Prototyping— Working through quickly prototyping new concepts and problem-solving. Working in a team environment to make sure all departments are successful Cultivate healthy relationships with workers to improve communication and productivity
