Murfreesboro, TN Job Details Full-time Up to $105,000 a year 8 hours ago Benefits Relocation assistance Qualifications AutoCAD Teamwork Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description We are currently looking for a Civil CAD Technician to join a growing Civil Engineering team focused on delivering high-quality design solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong AutoCAD skills who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Provide drafting and design support for civil engineering projects. Utilize AutoCAD to develop and update construction drawings. Translate engineering markups into accurate technical drawings. Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Assist Design Engineers with specific project design elements and schedules. Maintain standard drawing files and support plan reproduction/document management. Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams throughout planning and construction phases. Qualifications Experience using AutoCAD in civil engineering or land development projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of drafting standards and construction documentation. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Civil engineering or drafting background preferred. Nice to Have Experience with infrastructure, roadway, stormwater, or utility projects. Familiarity with Civil 3D or additional CAD-related software. Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions. What We Offer Opportunity for long-term professional growth.
