• Full-time We are looking for a candidate to assist with Building Information Modeling (BIM
• related tasks.

This position requires a high degree of coordination with other Construction Trades, as well as Design team members. All duties are expected to be carried out with a high level of professionalism to uphold Company Integrity and Standards.

What You'll Do :

Assist members of extended project team with the implementation of BIM tools and processes; Create Building Information Models from Construction Documents, and supplement them with additional content as needed. Work with other trades to coordinate all building services (Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection, etc.) to find best routing and avoid interferences with our plumbing system. Provide 2D drawings and related documents as necessary from Coordinated Models. Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to produce R.F.I.'s and sketches as needed.

We're Looking For :

Familiarity with BIM and/or CAD in a construction setting Familiarity with some or all BIM software (AutoCAD MEP, Revit, NavisWorks etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Familiarity with Construction Related Tools such as BlueBeam is a plus. Able to read construction drawings Familiarity with plumbing or MEP systems is a plus Self-motivated and able to work well with multi-discipline teams Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Preferred construction or related experience, although not required.
