Typical growth opportunities may include:
CAD Designer II / Senior CAD Designer
  • Expanded responsibility for complex assemblies, tolerance analysis, and cross-functional projects Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
  • Transition into engineering roles with increased design ownership and analysis Technical Specialist
  • Deep expertise in CAD standards, GD&T, manufacturability, or product platforms Project or Lead Roles

Develop 3D parametric models and assemblies using SolidWorks (preferred) and related CAD tools Create detailed manufacturing drawings that meet ANSI Y14.5 and company drafting standards Produce Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and assembly documentation Generate sketches, views, and images for technical bulletins, documentation, and internal communications Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing to support product development and improvements Provide technical support to vendors and suppliers as needed Participate in safety meetings and support a strong safety culture Take on additional projects and responsibilities as your skills grow #LI-JA1 Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or Minimum 2 years of design experience with 4+ years of drafting experience Technical Skills Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, including machined parts, weldments, sheet metal, and assemblies Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine practices Experience preparing drawings in accordance with
ANSI Y14.5 GD&T
standards Familiarity with manufacturing or inventory software Ability to perform tolerance stack-up studies Solid Microsoft Office skills Professional & Communication Skills Clear written and verbal communication in English Ability to present technical information to teammates, customers, and vendors Strong problem-solving and judgment skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Behavioral Competencies We're looking for someone who demonstrates: Problem Solving
