Job Description

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The Process Engineer is responsible for leading, supporting, and optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, and environmental performance objectives. The role provides strong technical and operational leadership across production activities, including process optimization, production scheduling support, KPI monitoring, digitalization and standardization initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Plant Leadership, the Process Engineer ensures stable and efficient operations, strengthens data-driven decision-making, and maintains compliance with applicable corporate and governmental requirements related to business controls, legal standards, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, while delivering sustainable and standardized manufacturing performance.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's degree preferred 3-7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment; equivalent experience may be considered. Hands-on experience with production performance monitoring, KPI analysis, and root cause problem-solving. Working knowledge of Environmental principles, including regulatory compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and mitigation of environmental impacts. Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, management, and team-building skills Demonstrated strong communication skills
