This position is responsible for supporting daily production operations, troubleshooting molding processes, coordinating mold changeovers, and ensuring product quality standards are met. Responsibilities Support daily injection molding production activities Coordinate mold and material changeovers Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot process issues Perform routine quality and production checks Work closely with Production, Technicians, and Quality teams Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Qualifications Minimum 5 years of injection molding experience required Experience in plastic manufacturing preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus We offer a stable work environment and opportunities for growth within our manufacturing operations.
