We are currently seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join our team at our Chino, California facility. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in injection molding processes, team supervision, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead processing technicians and floor personnel to meet production goals Optimize injection molding processes for efficiency, quality, and scrap reduction Troubleshoot molding issues, including tooling, materials, and machine performance Ensure proper setup, startup, and validation of molds and processes Monitor production metrics and implement improvements where needed Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Train, mentor, and develop team members Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in plastic injection molding processing Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of molding machines, materials, and tooling Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex processing issues Excellent communication and team leadership skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package , including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term employment with a respected company Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operations Please submit all resumes to:
