Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sylmar, CA. The Process Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing process controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Process Engineer will also focus on troubleshooting production issues, developing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Process Design, Process Control, and Process Engineering Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve manufacturing processes Understanding of Chemical Engineering principles and their application in industrial settings Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in industrial processes Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools is an advantage
