You will play a key role in defining system performance, developing models, and supporting testing and integration efforts. This position offers a blend of technical leadership, hands-on engineering, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple sites. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Torrance, CA location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode. Key Responsibilities Lead steady-state performance analysis of ECS and VCS systems using tools such as FORTRAN and Nexsys Develop, validate, and maintain system-level models, ensuring alignment with requirements and test data Define and validate system and component-level performance requirements Support system integration and testing, including: Test architecture and facility requirements Test planning, execution, and data analysis Model calibration and validation Collaborate across engineering teams, leadership, and external stakeholders Create and present technical reports and performance summaries to internal and external customers Provide technical leadership and mentorship to early-career engineers Lead PTMS (Power & Thermal Management System) analysis efforts for advanced aerospace programs
