Job Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians, providing both technical direction and professional development. Review, manage, and track project timelines to ensure milestones and deliverables are met. Assess organizational capacity on an ongoing basis and address resource gaps or performance challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, workflows, and team performance. Organize, secure, and maintain all departmental data, including technical documents and project information. Review and approve project scopes, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and business objectives. Develop, manage, and maintain the departmental budget, including forecasting and resource planning.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related engineering or technical field. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and maintain a cohesive, collaborative, and productive team. Oversee manufacturing processes, workflow, and production performance. Supervise engineers, technicians, and support staff. Plan, execute, and deliver engineering and manufacturing projects. Apply Lean, FMEA, and continuous improvement tools. Support

ISO 13485

2016 and other quality system requirements. Review or assist with SolidWorks or other CAD models. Enforce safety policies and OSHA-aligned practices. Working design knowledge of diverse manufacturing technologies. Understanding of process capability and its application in manufacturing and engineering environments.
