Job Description

QUIKRETE
® Companies is seeking a motivated individual to join our team at our state-of-the-art Engineering & Technical Center in Johns Creek, Georgia. As an Associate QA Process Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet QC and QA performance standards—from raw material qualification through finished product development, while supporting our manufacturing facilities, sales teams, and customers. What You'll Do As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you'll lead and support initiatives that impact product quality, consistency, and cost across our operations. Evaluate finished product QA test results to ensure compliance with internal and external specifications. Design and oversee laboratory experiments to qualify new raw materials and suppliers. Optimize plant formulations for performance and cost efficiency. Support manufacturing plants through troubleshooting, QC training, and formula management. Conduct / participate in plant quality audits. Collaborate with Sales to provide product recommendations and develop project-specific solutions. Assist customers with technical guidance, issue resolution, and product performance inquiries. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related discipline. A civil engineering degree with a materials focus would also be interesting. Experience with manufacturing and formulation of cement, concrete, mortars, or other cement-based construction materials preferred. 0-10 years' experience in Quality Assurance. Strong problem-solving ability using logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions. Ability to prioritize work based on business impact and manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage longer-term projects alongside routine responsibilities. Benefits
