S. They are seeking a Senior Project Executive to take ownership of major capital projects within their pharmaceutical manufacturing portfolio. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in technically demanding environments and enjoys driving projects from concept through validation in a highly regulated sector. The Role As a Senior Project Executive, you will lead the strategic delivery of large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing projects
  • typically ranging from ground-up production facilities to complex expansions within live GMP environments.
You will oversee multiple project teams, engage directly with executive-level clients, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of multiple pharmaceutical construction projects Lead client relationships with biotech and pharma manufacturers Drive preconstruction strategy including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management Oversee project execution from design through commissioning and handover Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements Mentor and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, and site teams Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and operations teams Requirements 12-15+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical / life sciences projects Proven experience delivering GMP-regulated manufacturing facilities Background working for a general contractor, design-build firm, or EPC Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams Excellent client-facing and commercial management skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field What's on Offer Opportunity to lead high-profile life sciences projects with cutting-edge clients Clear pathway to senior leadership within a growing business unit Competitive compensation package, including bonus and long-term incentives Strong project pipeline across pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing sectors Why This Role?
