Role:

Professional Employment Partners is seeking a hands-on, experienced Injection Molding Supervisors to lead for a day and night shift operations at a company located in Knox, IN. In this role, you'll oversee the daily activities of the injection molding department, manage a small team of operators, and ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the injection molding team to meet production goals. Monitor and optimize molding processes for quality, efficiency, and consistency. Perform setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of molding equipment and tools. Train, coach, and evaluate operators to promote skill growth and accountability. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve workflow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in injection molding and process supervision required. Strong technical knowledge of molding machines, materials, and tooling. Proven leadership and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot process and equipment issues independently. Commitment to safety, quality, and team development.
