You will leverage your technical expertise in chemical engineering to enhance product quality, minimize waste, and implement sustainable process improvements. Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase operational efficiency. Lead root cause analysis initiatives to resolve quality discrepancies and prevent future production failures. Optimize critical process parameters including coating thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance to meet rigorous performance standards. Drive cost-reduction projects by streamlining workflows and reducing material waste across the production line. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
