You will leverage your technical expertise in chemical engineering to enhance product quality, minimize waste, and implement sustainable process improvements. Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase operational efficiency. Lead root cause analysis initiatives to resolve quality discrepancies and prevent future production failures. Optimize critical process parameters including coating thickness, adhesion, and corrosion resistance to meet rigorous performance standards. Drive cost-reduction projects by streamlining workflows and reducing material waste across the production line. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate product quality claims and deliver effective technical resolutions. Monitor ongoing process performance to ensure consistent output and adherence to engineering specifications. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field. Proven professional experience in designing, developing, and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into actionable process improvements. Preferred Skills In-depth knowledge of metallurgical principles and material science. Advanced troubleshooting experience with complex coating and surface treatment processes. Experience managing technical documentation and quality assurance reporting.
