Onsite - onsite Responsibilities Support mammalian cell culture and bioreactor operations in a fast-paced biologics development laboratory environment. Perform hands-on mammalian cell culture activities using CHO-based systems in a laboratory setting. Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot bench-scale bioreactors. Design, execute, and analyze upstream process development experiments. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, including lab notebooks and batch records. Monitor and analyze cell culture performance data, including cell density, metabolites, and nutrient profiles. Prepare experimental plans, summaries, and technical reports to communicate findings effectively. Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and analytical development teams on cross-functional activities. Support laboratory operations through inventory management and ordering of lab supplies. Participate in scheduled weekend and on-call rotations to support ongoing bioprocess activities. Maintain compliance with aseptic techniques, laboratory procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or a related scientific discipline. Minimum 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience; industry experience preferred. Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, specifically CHO cell systems. Experience operating and maintaining bench-scale bioreactors. Strong aseptic technique experience in a laboratory setting. Experience independently designing and executing experiments. Ability to maintain detailed technical documentation and prepare technical reports. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
