Job Description

Duration:
12+ Months Contract We are seeking a Scientist with strong experience in downstream process development and antibody purification to support biologics and conjugated molecule programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in purification process development, scale-up activities, and analytical assay support for antibodies, ADCs, or antibody-RNA conjugates.
Key Responsibilities:
Support downstream purification process development and scale-up activities Perform antibody purification using chromatography and filtration techniques Support process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting Execute and analyze analytical assays related to purification workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Preferred Background:
Strong foundation in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocessing, or related field Experience with monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, or antibody-RNA conjugates Hands-on downstream processing and purification experience Familiarity with analytical assays and process development activities Excellent communication and documentation skills
