Process Engineer

Hands-on manufacturing engineering professional responsible for process validation, foundry-related production support, tooling and gaging, and manufacturing process improvement for metal and cast components. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering 3-10 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience Experience with process validation Experience with GD&T, CMM, and gaging Experience with wax injection tooling or injection molding Foundry experience Experience with materials engineering related to metals, casting, brazing, or wax injection processes Hands-on manufacturing experience in production environments Preferred Skills Experience with statistical analysis and Minitab Experience with CAD, preferably NX Experience with Windchill Experience with fixture and gage design Job Responsibilities Support manufacturing and process engineering activities for metal, casting, brazing, and wax injection processes Execute and support process validation activities Apply GD&T principles, CMM inspection methods, and gaging techniques to manufacturing processes Support foundry operations and related manufacturing process improvements Assist with materials-related engineering issues in production Contribute to fixture and gage design activities Support manufacturing documentation, process development, and production readiness Work directly on the manufacturing floor to support process performance and production needs

Pay:
