Your Role:
Process Engineer (TS/MS) As a Process Engineer within the TS/MS team, you will support manufacturing by driving process improvements, troubleshooting deviations, and ensuring process capability and control. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, and R D to maintain compliant, efficient, and robust vaccine manufacturing processes.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and deviation investigations to prevent recurrence
  • Drive process improvements, capability analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes
  • Partner with QC, AS&T, and R D to support assay performance, technical transfers, and new product introductions
  • Develop and update SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Analyze process data, identify critical parameters, and apply statistical tools to support process changes and decision-making What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or related field
    Experience:
    Experience working in a team environment and managing projects within defined timelines
    • Top 2 skills: Strong problem-solving and process troubleshooting capability + ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
    • Master's degree or 3+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing
    • Experience in regulated environments (cGMP, USDA, or similar)
    • Knowledge of vaccine manufacturing processes (fermentation, tissue culture, downstream processing)
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis and process capability tools
